Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you may and may not do when using the DUSC-SC service operated by CRUXINATOR Pty Ltd ("we", "us"). It forms part of our Terms of Service. Violating this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access.

1. Permitted use

You may use DUSC-SC to compile legitimate software, product, or technical specifications for your own business or personal purposes. The service is intended for good-faith technical and professional use.

2. Prohibited content

You must not submit requests that contain or seek to produce:

• content that is illegal under Australian or applicable international law;
• child sexual abuse material or any content that sexualises minors;
• instructions for creating weapons capable of mass harm (biological, chemical, nuclear, radiological);
• detailed instructions for committing violent crimes, terrorism, or serious harm to individuals;
• defamatory, harassing, or threatening content targeting identifiable individuals;
• content designed to deceive, defraud, or impersonate a person or organisation;
• malware, ransomware, spyware, or other malicious code intended to harm systems or users.

3. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• attempt to circumvent, probe, or test the security of this service without explicit written authorisation from us;
• use automated means (scrapers, bots, scripts) to submit bulk requests beyond the documented rate limits;
• share, sell, or transfer your account credentials to others;
• use this service to compete with or replicate the core service for commercial redistribution without our written consent;
• submit another person's personal information without their consent;
• attempt to extract training data, model weights, or proprietary system prompts from the service;
• use the service in any way that places unreasonable load on the infrastructure.

4. AI processing

DUSC-SC uses DUSC, a proprietary AI system developed and hosted entirely in Australia. Your request content is processed within Australia only and is not shared with any third-party AI provider.

Outputs from AI systems can contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You remain solely responsible for reviewing and validating any compiled specification before use.

5. Reporting violations

If you believe someone is using DUSC-SC in violation of this policy, or if you encounter output that appears harmful or illegal, please report it to hello@cruxinator.ai.

6. Consequences of violation

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate access for any violation of this AUP, with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion. We may also report illegal conduct to relevant law enforcement authorities.

7. Changes

We may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the current version.
