Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DUSC-SC spec-compiler service operated by CRUXINATOR Pty Ltd ABN 27 627 408 968 ("we", "us", "our"). By using this service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

DUSC-SC is an asynchronous spec-compiler service. You submit a natural-language request; we compile it into a structured, agent-ready specification using automated AI tools and return the result to you by email and through your dashboard.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that:

• any compiled specification will be accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose;
• output from AI models is free from error, hallucination, or omission;
• the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

You are responsible for reviewing all output before relying on it in any technical, commercial, or legal context.

2. Accounts

Access to your results dashboard requires an account. You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at hello@cruxinator.ai.

3. Acceptable use

Your use of this service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. In summary, you must not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or that violates the rights of others, and you must not attempt to disrupt, probe, or circumvent the security of the service.

4. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the request content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that content to provide the service. We retain ownership of the service infrastructure, software, and any proprietary compilation methods. Output specifications are provided to you for your own use; we make no claim to own them.

5. Analytics and tracking

We use Google Analytics to understand how users interact with this website. Google Analytics collects anonymised usage data including pages visited, time spent, and approximate location derived from your IP address. You can opt out using Google's opt-out browser add-on. 6. No professional advice

The service and its outputs are provided for general informational and productivity purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, technical, safety, compliance, or other professional advice. You should obtain appropriate professional advice before relying on outputs for important decisions.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided on a best-efforts basis and, unless otherwise stated, is currently made available free of charge.

You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding whether to use any output generated or compiled by the service. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your particular circumstances and should not be relied on without appropriate independent checks.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRUXINATOR Pty Ltd and its directors, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss arising from your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the service or any output.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose, or AUD $100. This is a liability cap only, not an automatic entitlement or admission that any amount is payable.

Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation, our liability is limited, at our option, to the resupply of the services or the cost of having the services supplied again.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

8. AI processing

Compiled specifications are generated using DUSC, a proprietary AI system developed and hosted entirely in Australia by CRUXINATOR Pty Ltd. Your request content is processed within Australia and is not transmitted to any third-party AI providers. We do not use your request content to train or improve AI models.

9. Marketing communications

When submitting a request you may optionally subscribe to service updates and announcements. This is entirely optional and is not required to use the service. If you subscribe, you may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send, or by contacting us at hello@cruxinator.ai. We will not send marketing emails to users who have not opted in.

10. Modifications to the service and terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination and account deletion

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from your dashboard account settings. Alternatively, you may request account deletion by contacting us at hello@cruxinator.ai.

When your account is deleted, all personal information, conversations, messages, and compiled specifications associated with your account are permanently removed. This action cannot be undone. Anonymised audit records may be retained for security and compliance purposes.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
